These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MyRouteMap website and services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
MyRouteMap provides route planning tools, map visualization, and export features. Route lines, distances, times, and turn-by-turn guidance (if any) are estimates and may be incorrect due to map data quality, closures, weather, traffic, device settings, or other factors.
You are solely responsible for verifying routes and outputs (including GPX files) before and during travel and for riding/driving safely. Do not use the Service in a way that distracts you while operating a vehicle.
The Service may be offered as beta software. Beta features may change, break, or be removed, and stored data may be modified as we improve the product.

You retain ownership of the trip/route data and feedback you submit (“User Content”). You grant MyRouteMap a limited license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by MyRouteMap and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.
The Service may rely on third-party mapping, routing, geocoding, and email providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies. MyRouteMap is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
If you explicitly opt in to receive ride and route updates by SMS text message, MyRouteMap may send informational messages related to your selected trip or route. Message frequency varies. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYROUTEMAP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued operation is impractical or unsafe. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
