These SMS Terms apply when a user chooses to receive informational SMS text messages from MyRouteMap.
MyRouteMap Ride and Route Updates.
MyRouteMap sends informational SMS text messages to users who explicitly opt in to receive ride and route updates. Messages may include departure reminders, approaching-stop alerts, stop type, planned stop duration, ETA updates, next-stop information, distance remaining, and trip progress notifications.
Users receive messages only after providing a mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive SMS text messages from MyRouteMap. Consent is collected using a standalone opt-in workflow and is not bundled inside general terms acceptance.
Message frequency varies based on the selected trip, active route, and notification settings.
Message and data rates may apply depending on the user’s wireless plan and carrier.
Reply STOP to any MyRouteMap text message to opt out of future route update texts.

SMS program participation is also subject to the MyRouteMap Privacy Policy. MyRouteMap does not sell SMS opt-in data.
